Remaining balances can be paid using the card on file or in cash (exact change only). Deposits are transferable if you reschedule within our 24-hour grace period. The transfer can only be used once within a one-week period from the original appointment date, if applicable. ⸻ Studio Arrival & Guest Policy To maintain a safe, private, and professional environment for all clients and providers: • No extra guests or children are permitted at appointments. • Our studio door will remain locked at all times.
