CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations, Reschedules & Service Changes - 24-Hour Window: Cancellations, reschedules, service removals, downgrades, or modifications made within 24 hours of your appointment result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit. - Same-Day Changes: Same-day service changes or downgrades are not permitted. You will be charged for all services originally reserved at the time of booking. - Deposit Transfers: Deposits are transferable one time only, provided the change is made more than 24 hours in advance. The new appointment must be scheduled within 7 days of the original date. Any subsequent changes require a new deposit. 💳 Payment & No-Show Policy - No-Call / No-Show: Clients who fail to arrive without communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may be blocked from future bookings. - Accepted Payments: Card or exact cash only. Change is not available in the studio for cash transactions. ⏱️ Grace Period & Late Policy - 5-Minute Grace Period: A strict 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. - Late Arrivals: Arriving after 5 minutes may incur a late fee if your service can still be accommodated. - Cancellations Due to Lateness: If you arrive past the grace period and cannot be accommodated, your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and you must rebook online. Note: Notifying us of a delay does not guarantee accommodation. 🚗 Arrival & Studio Etiquette - When to Arrive: Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. - Waiting Area: If you are early, please wait in your vehicle or in the building’s downstairs waiting area until your exact appointment time. - Guest Policy: To maintain a professional, intimate, and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted in the studio unless they are actively receiving a scheduled service.
